Saratoga Springs Police received a call at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5 reporting a possible bomb on the West Avenue campus of SUNY Empire State College. On Sept. 21, State Police of Wilton arrested Latrell C. Pinellas, 35, of Moreau, on the charge of grand larceny in the fourth-degree. Sentencing Nov.
